cyan capital of catalonia: barcelona . . .
for our project week this semester, we took a design roadtip to barcelona to learn about spanish design. jakob timpe orchestrated a wonderful expedition for our twenty-eight industrial design students in their 3rd semester to the capital of catalonia. carolin bauer and charlotte klein organized the travel plans and we were also able to persuade sabine lange that she should join us (which was great)! while still in bavaria, in preparation for the trip, there were reference talks given about spanish design / designers by the individual students. here are just a few fragments of the interesting people and places we visited while in barcelona . . .
