2008 •’09 legends: britt kapec, ian collings & kyle solá . . .

once again this year, michael hambouz, director of special events, worked with the department of industrial design and our id students to develop a unique legends award for this year’s recipients (patti smith, marc jacobs & david rockwell). in 2008, britt kapec and ian collings worked with our faculty and michael to designed the legends award (the recipients were takashi murakami & julian schnabel). this year, micheal hambouz, in conjunction with id faculty members karen stone, lenny
bacich & kathryn filla, worked with id senior, kyle solá to develop a completely new legends design.
