iD curriculum development . . .

this week, the first tangible indication was given to the possibility of a dialogue / development of a curriculum for a master of industrial design degree offering at the oth (ostbayerische technische hochschuleregensburg). during the department of architecture’s regularly scheduled faculty meeting, a proposal was put forth by iD professors and co-founders, matthew burger and jakob timpe, for a new model for the industrial design curriculum with a proposed master program to be added to the existing iD bachelor’s program. this development is in conjunction with the scheduled re-accredition of the curricula within the department of architecture at the oth, which include the following:

01) bachelor of architecture
02) master of architecture
03) bachelor of building climate control
04) master of historical building research
05) bachelor of industrial design (& proposed master)
