mariscal’s bavarian venues . . .

javier mariscal came to visit regensburg in conjunction with two special venues; the screening of his film, chico & rita, as well as the opening of a one man exhibit at leeren beutel called, mariscal’s world. monday may 30th; 150th day of the year in the gregorian calendar was the third special venue. on that afternoon mariscal spent a few hours with the iD student from the university of applied sciences regensburg, discussing the importance of topics such as design education, sources of inspiration and creativity (both theirs and his). it was a very refreshing, humorous moment with both lighthearted and serious dialogue for all participants. i would like to sincerely thank all those involved with the organization of mariscal’s world at leeren beutel, the organizers of the international film festival of valencia and the oth’s department of architecture who made this venue possible . . .
