on thursday, june 18th, the department of industrial design at pratt, in conjunction with consulate general of sweden in new york & the director of exhibitions at pratt, hosted an opening reception & panel discussion for design s: the exhibition of the recipients of sweden’s biggest design award . . .
the design s award exhibit is recognition for designs and rewards creative solutions to problems will include products that in one way or another drive development, make everyday life easier and more pleasant, simplify work life, or point the way to a sustainable society . . .
